The idea, really, came from a total exhaustion from crowdfunding.

There's nothing wrong with leaning on your community to build art and create initiatives, but at this point I think most of us have simply given what we can.

So I figured it'd be a great idea to find a different course-- a way to create, share, nurture our culture, and raise money for good causes.

So, the plan is:

1. Create goods that we all can use
2. Stick a pretty large profit margin on it
3. Report publicly about the cash coming in
4. Dispense profits as grants to art projects.

Art grants are going to be dispensed on a quarterly basis, and projects will be selected from local Toronto initiatives.
